Red Roof Inn Carrollton

Ajay was super nice and really helped us out during our stay, which made a big difference. The hotel itself was fine, Free coffee is provided but the breakfast wasn’t much at all and could definitely be improved.

The gentlemen who checked me in were very polite and helpful. Gave me a great rate, great room with comfortable bed, great shower and TV, and it was quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Woke up to ice on the roads and slept coming down but knew I had to leave and go South or get stuck for a couple days. A great place to get stuck in the ice, though.

We found this hotel to be everything we needed. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. And we so appreciate being able to bring our 2 dogs without an excessive charge. The manager,(or maybe owner), who checked us in, could not have been any nicer. My husband said he even caught him taking the dogs out and ask to get a photo of our dogs. We really do appreciate how kind & friendly he was. Thank you Red Roof Inn in Carollton, Ky for a very pleasant experience at your hotel.

An excellent stay! Mr Ajay was incredibly kind and helpful. I read other reviews and disagree with the negative comments. This is a hotel for the budget conscious consumer. So if you’re looking for posh and fancy, this is not it. However, it was very clean and neat. Both beds in the room were comfortable and well made. The air conditioning was pleasant. The bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Shower head was adjustable and the water was warm. A nice sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer were in the room. Breakfast had an assortment of cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruits, and a waffle maker (yum)! The view from our room was beautiful. Easy on and off from the highway.

I was traveling by myself and I have a system but I have physical disabilities that makes it challenging to load in and out of a motel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and showed up in the morning to help load everything out. An excellent roadside motel that I will stay in again when I pass this way.

The Red Roof Inn was not what i expected....after a week of terrible hotels only to find a good one before we left Michigan... We are now in Kentucky...we got tired of driving and saw a Super 8 motel they are not worth the 100 a night they wanted... then there is the Red Roof Inn.... from the start the gentleman that was on duty was pleasant and kind, very helpful and a delight to talk to. The rooms were clean and spacious... bathroom so clean it was hard not to look twice. Beds are soft and comfortable, water was hot and refreshing after a long days ride. I will be coming back here when we do our vacation this summer. 10 out of 10

I had a great stay at Red Roof Inn Carrollton. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made us feel comfortable right away. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had no bad smells at all, which is something I really appreciate. Everything felt fresh and organized. Honestly, the experience felt close to a 5-star hotel, especially considering the price we paid. The overall quality, cleanliness, and service were top-notch for the value. I was genuinely impressed and very satisfied with my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The new owner Ajay is absolutely amazing! Awesome service, hospitality, great breakfast, and best price in town. The rooms have been getting remodeled and are super nice! Every time I go to Carrolton I will only go there without a doubt!
